Lord Jesus, I thank You for the peace that You bequeathed to
Your saints at Calvary. That inward peace of conscience that
arose from a sense of pardoned sin and of reconciliation
with the Father. You purchased it with Your own blood and
it's not given as the world gives—sparingly, selfishly, and
for a short time. Your gift of peace is forever.
Lord when my head is under water at the end of my day and I
cry out to the Holy Spirit, His power sparks within me,
refreshing me and renewing me, in spite of the day’s
harassment. And when I’m feeling the pangs of stress, I let
the door of my soul open to allow Your peace to move through
me. O Holy Spirit impart Your power and presence to me today
in this very hour. Help me in the way I need You the most
–to shine like a diamond underwater! “For you shall go
out in joy, and be led back in peace; the mountains and the
hills before you shall burst into song.” (Isaiah 55:12)
Lord, I am filled with joy, for Your sweet Spirit
reverberates in every fiber of my being in a song of blessed
peace. I lift my heart to You in thanksgiving for when I
turn to You in prayer, peace sweeps over my soul to renew
and restore me. “ I pray that, according to the riches in
his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your
inner being with power through His Spirit.” (Eph. 3:16)
Lord
Jesus live out Your life through me. Without You Lord, I can
do nothing, but by abiding in You, I can do all things. The
closer I get to You Lord, the more I will learn to think
Your thoughts. The more I get to know You through Your word,
the more my will agrees with Yours, the more I can be sure
of having my prayers answered. Hallelujah! “Abide in My
love.”
Lord, Your word commands, “Love one another as I have loved
you.” I know that I am loved unconditionally when I realize
that the Creator of all that is known and unknown loves and
cares for me. Lord I allow Your love to move through me as I
comfort those who are in need. Your love fills my heart and
soul and knows no boundaries. I greet my loved one and
friends with a love that shines forth through You, Lord! I
can be nothing less than divine love in expression when I
know that I have been created in the purest love of all—You,
Lord Jesus.
I thank You Lord for the privilege of praying to the Father
in Your name. I thank you, that You are my Mediator between
God and man and You intercede on my behalf before the throne
of God. I thank You for sending Your Holy Spirit to indwell
me. He gives me a sense of intimacy with the Father as I can
approach Him with confidence and all because of You, Lord
Jesus. “ I come forth from God.” Hallelujah! You are the
eternal Son of the eternal Father, equal with God the
Father, You came into the world as One, who had lived
elsewhere, before Your coming. At Your ascension, You left
the world and returned to the Father. You are the Lord of
Glory!
Lord Jesus I claim Your prayer for the Apostles, that the
Father will keep me from evil, separated from the world,
qualified for duty and brought home safely to heaven.
Hallelujah! Praise Your Holy name. Master, I pray that as I
continue to abide in Your Word, I will be a suitable vessel
for Your use. Your sanctification is my pattern for the
power for me to do Your will, to be set apart from the world
and to find my portion with You. I pray that I might be one
in exhibiting Your character so others will see Christ in
Me.
Lord, I hear You calling me, and I listen to all You have
to share with me. When I am weary, You lift me to heights I
never dreamed were possible. When I start to doubt myself, I
remember You are with me and I am secure in all that I do. I
know that You are caring for me as a loving parent and I
know I will have peace of mind.
“Do not fear, only believe.” Mark 5:36)
God I have faith in You, for You are my strength and my
wisdom. Father thank You for nourishing my soul and for
comforting me. The more that I am aware of You, the more I
am aware of Your love that is being poured into me. You
alone nourish my soul, and You alone satisfy me. Faith
assures me that You listen to and answer my every prayer. I
give You praise and glory!
