Father Who Art In Heaven

Father, Who Art In heaven, turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things. Father, I pray You establish Your promise, “All the rivers of Thy Grace I claim, over every promise write my name.” Father keep me from reproach from anything that would bring shame or dishonor on the name of my Lord Jesus, for His judgments are good.

Father, I pray for personal revival, receive me again in Your righteousness. Father, I claim Your promises to care for and keep me day by day.

Father, I pray for Your guidance and direction, guide my feet in the path of Your will. I pray for spiritual enrichment, Your word say’s “Godliness contentment is great gain.” (1 Tim 6:6) Lord, keep me teachable by Your Holy Spirit. I thank you for the wonderful way You have treated me according to the promise of Your word. I thank You for all blessings.

Father, I pray for good judgment as well as knowledge and discernment of Your word.

Father, I come boldly to Your Throne of Grace, that I might obtain mercy and find grace to help me in time of need. Father, Your word says, “Those who delight in Your law will have confidence that You will come alongside to help.” So Father, I pray for that confidence of the Holy Spirit taking control of a situation at work or elsewhere when I encounter a spiritual battle.

Father, “teach me Your statutes,” so that I understand Your mind as it is revealed in Your testimonies.

Your word is timeless, its purity, its accurate, its harmony, it universal relevance, its power, and it is sufficient. Your Word gives light to nations, family and individuals. Your word delivers us from the powers of indwelling sin. Everything Your Word says is righteous and faithful. I give You praise and worship for Your word guides me in my daily walk with You. Your Word is tested and tried and found to be true. For Your Word is truth.

“I’m standing on the promises that cannot fail, when the howling storms of doubt and fear assail, by the living Word of God we shall prevail, I’m standing on the promises of God.”

Lord God, I pray that You be my advocate and my life giver in my times of trial’s and temptations. I give You my burdens; my brother James, Billie Joe Schrieber, Mary Nell Schrieber, my children and grandchildren. I pray that Your will be done in their lives. Father I thank You for taking my pain, my burdens, and my petitions and making them Your very own. I give You Praise, Honor and Glory in my heart. “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, whence cometh my help. My Help cometh from the Lord which made heaven and earth!” Hallelujah!

Lord, come dwell in my heart, and anoint me with Your presence.

Father, help me to be obedient to Your word. Give to me Your spirit of Love, and to be in unity with You, O Lord. Keep me O Lord, from jealousy, gossip, backbiting, censoriousness and loveliness. Anoint me with the power of Your Holy Spirit, and help me to be obedient when Your Spirit speaks to me. I want to walk in fellowship with You, O Lord. O Lord, may Your Holy Spirit come into me in His fullness, help me to become the channel through which life flows out to others. I praise You O Lord, for Your anointing, and I thank You for what You are doing in my life.

Father, I lift up my hands towards Your sanctuary to give You praise, honor and glory. Your name is lovely; it is amazing grace that saves sinful wretches like me. You are my Creator, Sustainer, and Redeemer. “How Great Thou Art”. You Lord, are supreme above all gods, above all rulers and potentates and above all idols.

You are the King of kings, Lord of lords. Your power is infinite, eternal and incomprehensible. You are my deliverer in times of trouble. Your name endures forever. Blessed be the Lord of Zion who dwells in Jerusalem! Praise the Lord!

By Your wisdom You made the marvelous expanse of the heavens. You brought forth the continents. You placed gigantic light fixtures in the sky, the sun, the moon and the stars. You rescue Your people as the Mighty Redeemer. You set the captives free from bondage of sin, drugs, alcohol, incest, murder, and strife. Praise the Lord!

I extol Your name Jehovah, for Your steadfast love and faithfulness. “For You have magnified Your Word above all Your name.”

Lord, as Your Spirit flows through me, give me strength and boldness, and cast out all fear. Father, I claim the promises of Your Word, and I give You the Glory, O Jehovah the Exalted One. Your Word says, “That You began a good work in me, and You will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus.” Father, do not forsake the Works of Your hands.

You God are so Great! There is nothing You do not know; there is nowhere You are not present. There is nothing You cannot do. You, O Lord know the eternal story of every grain of sand, You are intimately acquainted with me, You know what’s in my heart, You know the words before I speak, my every thought before I even think them! O how Majestic is Your name!

Because Your knowledge of us is so inconceivably absolute, I have the assurance of Your Word that, You guard me behind and before. Your hand ever and always protects me. I don’t understand the magnitude of Your knowledge, it boggles my mind, but I accept Your Word as law and Praise Your Holy Name that You chose me before the foundations of the world. Hallelujah!

“If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there Your hand shall lead me.” O Lord, O Lord how majestic is Your name in all the heavens and earth. I rejoice in Your love, for You are my Lord!

‘You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother womb.” I am fearfully and wonderfully made. You carefully planned the creation of my spirit, soul and body before I even entered my mother’s womb. So therefore, Father, I submit to You, my Spirit, Soul and Body back to You. Freely given and freely submit to the authority of my Lord Jesus and Thy Holy Spirit. Again I say, You are My Lord! Father, I pray that Your will be done in my life as it would be done in heaven.

Search my heart to carefully test and know my thoughts or anxieties, I ask You to explore every wicked way in order that I might confess my sin, and deal with it effectively. Lord, lead me in Your everlasting way. “You are my God. Hear the voice of my supplication, O God the Lord, the strength of my salvation.” You have covered my head with the helmet of salvation. Do not let my enemies do the things he wants to do to me, protect me, O God with Your Word and loving hands. I know Lord, You are on side of the poor and the afflicted, and Your righteousness shall prevail. The upright shall dwell in Your presence forever.

Father, I pray that my prayer be as pleasing and as fragrant to You as incense and the lifting up of my hands in supplication have the same impact with You, O Lord as the evening sacrifice.

Father, keep me from partnership with ungodly men in word or deed. Put a guard to be stationed at my mouth to escape of any wrong word, keep watch at the door of my lips from speech that does not honor You. Free my heart from any wrong doings; do not let me collaborate with corrupt men in their willful practices, however tempting they may seem. Father, deliver me from those who try to trap me.

Father Jehovah, it is comforting to know that when trouble and grief comes, You, Lord knows what we are going through and that You come to our rescue. No one cares for me like You do; You are my refuge and my strength. I thank You that we can come to You as undeserving penitents, acknowledging our sins and accepting Christ as Savior from sin, then You, O Lord imputes Your own righteousness to us, and in Christ we are made fit for heaven.

Father, do not hide Your face from me either in anger or disinterest, I pled for Your loving kindness, I long to hear You speak to me in words and tones of steadfast love. I pray for guidance as Your Word states, “Cause me to know the way, which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to You.” Deliver me from my enemies, I appeal to You for instruction, I pray for a level path. My desire Lord is Your good Spirit will lead me over smoother terrain, free from extreme forms of danger. I plead for preservation, for Your Namesake. For I am Your servant, O Lord.

Father, I long and pray for Our Lord’s return to crush all rebellion and establish His reign on earth. I pray for the unparalleled happiness, the happiness that belongs to God’s people who acknowledge Jehovah as their God. Amen
