Colossians

Father, I give You thanks for this wonderful Bible Study Class and for transforming us unto Extraordinary Women of Bible Study and prayer. I thank You for Frances and Vicky –for all their time spent in Bible study so they may teach Your Word. I ask that You would bless their faith and trust in You with revelation knowledge –may You bless their fruitful study of Your word with all wisdom and spiritual understanding. I pray this class of women will walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You in becoming fruitful in every good work and may we also increase in the knowledge of God the Father.

Strengthen us with all might according to Your glorious power for all patience and longsuffering with joy, giving You all the glory and thanksgiving.

Thank You for delivering us from the power of darkness and for translating us into Your kingdom through Your Son’s love in who we have redemption, through His blood the forgiveness of sins.

Father, I thank You that  through Your Son’s righteousness  we are reconciled to Yourself by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven having made peace through the blood of His Cross.

May we continue in the faith,  being grounded and steadfast, and may we not be moved away from the hope of the gospel which we’ve heard and believed on.  May our hearts continue to be encouraged by being knit together in love, and may we attain to all riches of the full assurance of understanding to the knowing of Your mysteries and in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

May we continue to be rooted and built up in Your Son and established in the faith as we’ve been taught by Frances and Vicky for in You dwells the fullness of the Godhead bodily and we thank You that we have been made complete in Jesus who is the head of all principality and power.

I thank You that through Jesus we are buried with Him in baptism and in which we are also raised with Him through faith.

May we set our minds on things above, and not on things on the earth, so when Christ who is our life appears, then we also will appear with Him in glory!

May we put on the garment of tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering, bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, even as Jesus forgave us. May we especially put on love which is the bond of perfection in Him.  May we let the peace of God rule in our hearts, in which also we will be called in one body and be thankful.

May the word of Christ dwell in us richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in our hearts towards You. And may we continue earnestly in prayer being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.

Walk with us, O God, giving us the wisdom to walk toward those who are outside, redeeming the time, let our speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, so we may know how we ought to answer each one.

I ask O God, that You would bless the lessons today and may we walk away here fully blessed in the knowledge of Your word.

Bless this day and bless each one here today in Jesus name I pray.
